But when La Liga gave updates on the new spending limits that La Liga clubs are allowed to spend, Barcelona's Chances decreased drastically. Football Club FC Barcelona are still in heavy debt and now with the new spending limits in place, they cant spend more than the amount set by La Liga. With that Man City become the leading contender in signing Erling Haaland at the end of the summer.
